After leaving her fans languishing in pop hell waiting for the release of some new material post Anniemal (well, not quite hell, but we missed her anyway), Norway’s princess of electropop makes a welcome return on a major label with this wonderfully spiteful song.
Under the masterful fingers of super producer Richard X, Miss Anne Lilia Berge Strand struts her slinky stuff to whip-cracking staccato beats and icy cold synth stabs. Add a suite of remixes from Soul Seekerz and Get Shakes, and a chic fashion video based on the notion of beauty revenge, and women everywhere will be quivering in their bed hair and sloppy tracksuits.
